Welcome to our forum Calvin, and a warm British welcome to a new member from the other side of the pond. As peeps have said, us Brits are known for being a bit nosey.... Ok well very nosey, so we like to get to know new members through their welcome posts, and for them to get to know us. That's why we hope new members will share their biking history with us and show us pics of their bikes , pictures can be hosted in the likes of photobucket and then the IMG link copied into your post, simples as the mere cats would say...... But as yiu are from California, you won't get that joke.... We have a website in the UK which compares the price of insuring your car or bike with different companies, it's called compare the market..... But some cleaver advertising person thought compare the mere cat , mere cat... Market...... Get it.... Would be fun, and it's gone off in a big way over here ...... Anyway..... That's another story.

Us Brits have an acquired sense of humour, as you have probably guessed by now.... And I sometimes have trouble with my typing, all the letters are in the wrong place on my key board, so sorry if I have made any mistakes...... Anyway, talking about sense if humour, Locke who is also known as colon, though he isn't an arse, it's just that I mispelt his name, his name is frank , but I typed colon by mistake and it's stuck, anyway the git called me CILLA as in CILLA black, cis I'm nice to people, again you won't know who CILLA is but she is a really nice lady over here from Liverpool ... Anyway, that was colons sense of humour. Then we have our very own monkey face, aka Jompy , he is known as monkey face because it is very easy to rattle his cage .

Anyway, you will be glad to k ow most of our members are sensible upstanding citizens who have a hell of a knowledge of bikes and everything Yamaha, we have a number of experts on here.... That reminds me, do you know the Oxford english dictionary definition of an expert is.....

Ex is a has been and a spert is a drip under pressure

Seriously though, our guys to be fair do know their stuff ... So any questions you may have from sunny California just ask away.

Oh and as I say, our sense of humour is an acquired taste ..... Well mine is in particular.

Welcome to the best biking forum in the WORLD BY A COUNTRY MILE ....... Join in the fun and banter, you getvout if this forum what you put in.

So welcome

Cilla aka Stephen :P
