Re: Newbie
Welcome in Stijn from Hertfordshire , the R125 is the baby R1 and they look so so cool. If yiu have some pics post them so we can see your pride and joy.
So you have been riding for three years now, have you passed your test, if not, do you plan to take it?
What sort of things do yiu get up to on your bike?
Anyway, welcome to the forum, any questions, don't be shy, just ask
Stephen

Re: Newbie
@Steve R1: will try to get some pics up over the weekend.
I have passed my test (A1), last year, so nearly 2 years on provisional and just over 1 year on a Full.
Mainly commuting into London (41miles each way)
The biggest journey I have done is Edinburgh round trip (750miles total) with pillion and backpack.
Bike was perfectly fine with it still got 85mpg out of it.
Also learning how to do small service myself bit by bit now, oil change and filter next.
Have put on dubble bubble, tail tidy (+ lights) and Scorpion exhaust myself.
Also, I was born and grew up in Belgium, but living in the UK now for nearly 4 years.

Re: Newbie
Thanks
My dream bike is the R6, but I might go for the yamaha MT series, the MT125 with ABS looks very nice.
To get an R6, I would need to wait at least 3 more years.
