Hello From Birmingham
Hi guys, a member on many forums, as i swap and change my bikes alot, lol so a few may already know the username...
Just though i would say hello, Names Chris, 24 from Birmingham and just picked up a very tidy 09 R1 14B, Bike is lovely and so addicted to the noise with the akras fitted.
I am going to ask peoples views on the ECU flash and have any had it done?
All the best
Chris

Re: Hello From Birmingham
Welcome in, get some pics up we love them
Lots of info on here, the site owner Miker1 is the the Flashtune man for Europe and beyond, he is a good bloke and will help. I dont think you will get many guys who say the 14b is worse with flashtune, some may say it needs dyno time some say not.
There are a good few threads on here about it, look in the Velox section or do a flashtune search
enjoy

Welcome in!
I've had the Flashtune and would personally recommend it. Reduced engine braking, smoother less choppy throttle and a decent base map are all worth the wonga
